A new flavour of stress

A more difficult day, but also a useful distinction between stress, anxiety, and exam pressure.

I had a bit of a reversion in wellbeing , which is frustrating. Meditation was clearly boosting brain health.

I tried to combat the mood swings. Something is clearly a bit off but I’m not sure what — maybe me processing things in the background. I feel like I can pass the exams, but I want to do more prep.

Okay, maybe I am stressed, but it feels different. I think today was the day I discovered a new flavour of stress.
