Procrastination lifted

A day of clearer focus, better routines, and feeling like things might be okay.

I no longer feel tempted to procrastinate as much and it’s beautiful. eating well, as opposed to vitamin C/Huels in the morning, has paid off!

I think I wasted some time in the evening not going to the library and hanging out with friends in the garden / trying to be productive with them. I exercised, meditated, and completed and marked the exam. Let’s hope tomorrow I’m happy with it all!

I think I feel confident I’ll be okay now and that’s a really special point to be at. I know if I push through even bad exams I’ll get the degree, and that’s really all I need, so now the rest is me celebrating my joy for the subject.

I’m very grateful.

I had a really strong brain chemistry / health today, until the evening when I had a vitamin processed bar thing.
